Leslie Liao is an American stand-up comedian, writer, and actress. She was born on March 11, 1987, in Orange County, California, to Chinese immigrant parents. Leslie initially wanted to be a ballerina but later found her passion in the entertainment industry. She graduated from the USC School of Cinematic Arts.

Leslie began her comedy career while working in Netflix’s human resources department. She has performed at various comedy clubs and has been featured on shows like The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon and the Netflix comedy showcase Verified Stand-Up.
